Meet our team


Reception team provide support to all queries both face to face, over phone and by email. The reception team manage appointment booking and support with referral requests for access to OH Services.


The referral team provide support to clinicians reports. The referral team manage formal correspondence, draft report consent, documentation of referrals and support with requests for access to external services

Assurance team

The assurance team support pre-appointment screening as well as routine screening for existing staff. The team manage screening appointments, recalls, screening compliance and support with requests for immunisation history reports.

Clinical team

The clinical team support with clinical services including pre-appointment screening, referrals, surveillance, wellbeing, contact tracing/outbreak management and vaccination campaigns.

Medical team

The Medical team support pre-appointment screening as well as referrals and surveillance. The team support with risk assessments, appointments (face to face, video & telephone) and provide reports with guidance for employees and managers.


The wellbeing team support the wellbeing of employees at CUH. They manage the Workplace Adjustments service, Wellbeing Campaigns, Physio workshops, Eye care vouchers, DSE assessments, stop smoking clinics, health checks and seasonal vaccination campaigns.

Business and Senior Administration

The Business and Senior admin team provide support to ensure our external contracts and NHS contracts are provided with high quality services as per the service/contract agreements and receive invoices, activity reports and support regarding any queries.


The Physio team provide face to face and telephone appointments for employees as well as providing support for MSK related referrals and DSE assessments. The team also support employees wellbeing at work by carrying out Physio workshops and working with the wellbeing team on wellbeing campaigns.

Senior Leadership

The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) provides strategic, operational and clinical oversight to the Occupational Health and Wellbeing services we offer to CUH and our external contracts. The SLT continuously looks to improve our service, respond to changing needs and maximise the support we can give.
