Schwartz Talk -‘Crying at work-ok or not ok?’

12 Sep 2019

1:00 pm -2:00 pm

The acceptability of showing our raw emotions at work can be a polarising topic. The Chaplaincy team will focus the talk on exploring crying at work and its impact on us and those around us. This round was inspired by a British Medical Journal article entitled ‘should doctors cry at work?’ but the concepts discussed apply across a range of professional groups working in hospitals.
Presented by:Sarah Archibald & Annabel Price.
